Our apartment sits on a private cul-de-sac offering views of San Jacinto Mountains. The private back yard allows you to enjoy the clear skies and desert weather. Our place is well-appointed with amenities such as a Smart TV in living room, WIFI, and fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and everything you need to make a home-cooked meal! Two bedrooms each with a King size bed. Two full bathrooms. Living room has a day bed with Twin size mattress. Central air/heating. Plenty of street parking available along the curb. Our space is professionally cleaned by hotel-trained housekeepers and features quality linens, freshly laundered for a good night’s sleep! --Amenities-- -A fully furnished kitchen is at your disposal with brand stainless-steel full-size appliances. It is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, spice rack, and coffee + tea. -Bathroom includes hotel-quality towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap. -Ironing board + Iron -Hotel quality linens --Pet Policy-- We allow up to 2 dogs per unit. Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Vacuum is provided in unit. Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure. We request all dogs be up to date on vaccinations as required by state law. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bring your dog’s favorite blanket or bed. Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Never leave your dog unattended if it barks or chews when left alone. Do not allow your dog to disrupt the peace and serenity of the community.
