Chic Hideaway with Panoramic Views

1. No Smoking of any kind allowed in any of our apartments that includes but not limited to: Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping, E-cigarettes, Hookahs. 2. No parties or gatherings. 3. No visitors or overnight 4. Do not leave dogs unattended 5. We expect noise level to be controlled to an acceptable level suitable to all, no amplified music. 6. Please try to keep doors closed and food away. It is the desert and critters find their way in the homes. 7. Please refrain from cooking high fragrance foods on the last 24hrs of your stay as smell will linger. 8. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $30 fee will be collected. 9. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property. This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months.

The guest will have exclusive access to Unit #1 and shared common area access on the property.
