One vehicle per unit Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors. This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months.

1. Other guests will be occupying other units of the property. We expect that the noise level will be controlled to acceptable limits suitable to all other guests staying in the other units on the property. 2. Please no smoking if any kind inside of the apartment and or close to doors, windows, and neighbors. 3. Please no pets. 4. No visitors. All additional guests beyond the number originally booked need to be approved by the owners, and extra fees will apply. Thank you! 5. We ask that you refrain from cooking high fragrance foods at least 24hrs prior to your departure as the smell will linger and affect the living environment. 6. Children— While we do allow children, please know that this unit is NOT child-proofed. For example, there are no cabinet locks on the cabinets, no outlet covers, etc. We do not provide any special supplies or equipment for children. All child needs are to be provisioned by the guest. 7. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $30 fee will be collected. 8. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property.

Desert Hot Springs is a small no frills town. It is not fancy nor does it have a nice downtown area like is neighboring Palm Springs but it is visited by hundreds of tourist daily for its renowned abundance of natural mineral springs. The property sits on a residential street, gated entrance adding to the private feel.

The host was extremely nice, and easy to communicate with. My friend accidentally left something behind and they were so nice to check and locate it at the airbnb and work something out with us to get it back. Place was super clean and quiet, overall our group enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend.
