Simple no frills older home that is gated, spacious, and clean w/ plenty of space to spread out. Large Fiberglass Swimming Pool to enjoy on hot desert days. Far enough from town to enjoy the peaceful desert nights and still be within 25 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. 2 bedroom house sleeps 5 comfortably. Due to high demand on festival weekends we can allow up to 8 guest with additional cost. We recommend bringing extra blankets and air mattress if you are traveling with larger group.
Good to know
Noise Ordinance— Renting a house for a party of gathering is no longer allowed and it’s very strictly enforced. On top of that, We have new neighbors who are very very sensitive to noise and will call the police. So there’s no music, Speakers, radios allowed outside. Swimming Pool is now open, not heated but nice and refreshing during warmer days. --Pet Policy-- We allow up to TWO dogs in unit with fee. Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure. We request all dogs be up to date on vaccinations as required by state law. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bring your dog’s favorite blanket or bed. Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Never leave your dog unattended if it barks or chews when left alone.
Other Details to Note
Large Fiberglass Swimming Pool has been restored. Please note that the swimming pool is NOT heated. No lifeguard on duty so do not leave children unsupervised in the back yard. We are located in a rural area outside of town. There is only one tiny gas station nearby. Please come prepared with water and groceries prior to arrival as town is 10 mile drive. This is the desert, you will encounter a critter or two during your stay and flying insects drawn to lights during nighttime . Keep doors closed and lights off when not in use. Be careful when walking outside specially as it warms up. Pool Cleaners will come every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. They use the back access as to not disturb guests too much. Coachella Music Festival Weekends: Due to high demand on these weekends, we will allow larger groups up to 10 guests with additional per person, per night fee. Please make sure that you communicate exact number of guests. For the larger groups we encourage you to bring your own air mattress and blankets. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

Located at the beautiful Sky Valley area outside of Desert Hot Springs. It's a rural desert area, no streetlights, so we advise you to come before sunset. There is one small gas station 1/2 mile down the road.
