Good to know

The house has been tastefully furnished. One bedroom has a King Size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Two bathrooms, kitchen, large dining area and cozy living room. Plenty of outdoor spaces. Plenty of parking in front and side of the house. Outdoor BBQ available. We allow up to 6 guests(additional fee for after 4th guest). Folding mattress could be provided upon advance request. We also recommend bringing your own air mattress/sleeping bed just in case you don't find the mattress pads we provide comfy. --Pet Policy-- We allow up to 2 dogs in unit. Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure. We request all dogs be up to date on vaccinations as required by state law. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bring your dog’s favorite blanket or bed. Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Never leave your dog unattended if it barks or chews when left alone.

Other Details to Note

The house is located on desert lands. Dust and critters are inevitable. We have a professional cleaning team but as night falls and lights come on, we do have insects flying to the lights. WIFI: Satellite WIFI is available. It works great for basic streaming and internet surfing. BBQ: BBQ Grill is working, and you are welcome to use it. However we are still working on completing the BBQ island so the outdoor fridge and sink and not yet operational. We leave at least half a tank full of propane. If you run out, you will need to refill it yourself. Don’t forget to bring drinking water and mosquito repellent. Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations.

1. No Smoking of any kind allowed in any of our apartments that includes but not limited to: Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping, E-cigarettes, Hookahs. 2. No parties. 3. No visitors or overnight guests. 4. Guest must pick up after their pet and not to leave it alone. No cats please 5. We expect noise level to be controlled to an acceptable level suitable to all. 6. Please try to keep doors closed and food away. It is the desert and critters find their way in the homes. 7. Please refrain from cooking high fragrance foods on the last 24hrs in the unit as smell will linger. 8. No early check ins or late check outs will be granted. 9. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property.
