Fully remodeled house with a taste of mid-century. What a transformation this have been. Stay in this beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom home with an above ground pool to cool down from summer heat.

Good to know

Master bedroom has one cal king bed and an additional twin size bed. The second bedroom has one full size bed. Pool is an above ground pool recommended for summer use. It is not heated. Gated property

Other Details to Note

No lifeguard on duty so please never leave children unattended at pool area. Location of the home is on the wind pass. That means this area can experience higher winds speeds. Always make sure pool umbrella is closed when windy or not in use. Keep windows and doors closed. Dust and critters are inevitable here in the desert. Especially our neighborhood where we are surrounded by desert lots. Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. We are working on implementation. This device will read the noise volume in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

Highly recommend this gem of a house. Clean, cozy, welcoming. Easy to find, quiet, and private. Nicely decorated to match the mid-century desert vibe. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was set up nicely for cooking. Nice front and back yard space, if you have dogs with you. Ample parking. Karen and team were perfect hosts -- responsive, proactive communication, and friendly. Made everything very easy for us. Would definitely book again!

Compared to the price points of the surrounding area, this place is a STEAL! Stayed here with my parents and pup for 2 nights and it was the perfect landing pad for our days in Palm Springs! Beautifully decorated, nice views of the mountains! Karen was a wonderful and responsive host

We really enjoyed staying at the location, it felt remote but there was neighbours around and it felt like a nice community. The place was clean and smelled fresh, as well as nice sized bedrooms and a usable kitchen. There were games to use and a well equipped tv with all apps etc. Greatly located for Palm Springs, as it was a 15 minute drive to the main town :)

Karen was so amazing with everything I asked her about. She got back to me quickly, indulged in my many questions and went out of her way to help! they place was beautiful and had tons of activities for a staycation. As someone that travels a lot for work in always appreciate when places have a well stocked kitchen, which this place definitely did. planning on rebooking whenever im in town!
