Licensed with Riverside County Permit# 000822 Fully landscaped backyard with swimming pool, bbq, and ping pong table perfect to enjoy those warm desert nights. Our home features a brand-new kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances and gorgeous glass tile back splash. The same theme follows to all three bathrooms as they share the same green glass tile design. Original brick walls and cement floors were kept bringing out the true essence of the home. One bedroom has a King-sized bed and a full bathroom with shower. The middle unit can be used as a lounge or if needed can sleep two person in double twin beds. The 3rd bedroom also has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with shower. There is an additional half restroom in the hallway. --Pet Policy-- We allow up to 2 dogs in unit. Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bring your dog’s favorite blanket or bed. Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Never leave your dog unattended if it barks or chews when left alone

Fully landscaped backyard with swimming pool, bbq, and ping pong table perfect to enjoy those warm desert nights. Pool is NOT heated. Please note that although the home has a fireplace, we have NOT listed it as an amenity as it is not functional. Unit sleeps 6 comfortably. We could provide a folding mattress base on guest request. Extra guests charges will apply for bookings of more than six guests. There is one television in each bedroom with apps already installed for streaming. No Cable

Notice: No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own Risk. The swimming pool is NOT heated. 1. No Smoking of any kind allowed in any of our apartments that includes but not limited to: Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping, E-cigarettes, Hookahs. 2. No parties. 3. No visitors or overnight guests. 4. We expect noise level to be controlled to an acceptable level suitable to all. 5. Please try to keep doors closed and food away. It is the desert and critters and dust find their way in the homes. 6. Please refrain from cooking high fragrance foods on the last 24hrs in the unit as smell will linger. 7. No early check ins or late check outs will be granted. 8. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property.
