Moonlit Desert Stay Gated w Soaking Tub

Do not book our homes if you are planning a party. We have a strict no party policy that we enforce due to strict county regulations. We expect that the noise level will be controlled to acceptable limits suitable to all our neighbors. No amplified music. We respond to complaints very quickly. No unauthorized guests. All additional guests beyond the number originally booked need to be approved by the owners. Any gatherings, even if small are approved on case-by-case basis and require pre-approval and extra fees and booking of entire complex. Please no smoking of any kind including cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, or other, inside of the apartment and or close to doors, windows, and neighbors. Up to (2) dogs allowed with pet fees. Must be on leash at all times while outside the unit. Pet owner is responsible for their pets and cleaning up after them. We ask that you refrain from cooking high fragrance foods at least 24hrs prior to your departure as the smell will linger and affect the living environment. Children— While we do allow children, please know that this unit is NOT child-proofed. For example, there are no cabinet locks on the cabinets, no outlet covers, etc. We do not provide any special supplies or equipment for children. All child needs are to be provisioned by the guest. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $35 fee will be collected. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property. Per Riverside County guidelines booker must be 21+ to reserve a short-term rental and must be present in the home during the entire duration of the stay. This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer, we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, especially in the warmer months.

You will have full and private use of the inside of the apartment. The courtyard outside is considered a shared space. We have a hammock, and mineral water ( not heated ) soaking tubs for summer use, a fire pit, BBQ Grill(Guest must do their own cleanup) and bean bag toss game that are all shared spaces.
