Parking: Even though their is no assigned parking spots are our property there is plenty of street parking. We are the only property on our street, cul-de-sac, you can park right in front of the apartment complex or along the curb. Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

1. No Smoking of any kind allowed in any of our apartments that includes but not limited to: Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping, E-cigarettes, Hookahs. 2. No parties. 3. No visitors or overnight guests. 5. We expect noise level to be controlled to an acceptable level suitable to all. 6. Please try to keep doors closed and food away. It is the desert and critters find their way in the homes. 7. Please refrain from cooking high fragrance foods on the last 24hrs in the unit as smell will linger. 8. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $30 fee will be collected. 9. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property.

Desert Hot Springs is a small, no-frills town under an hour from both Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. The town is home to some of the purest hot and cold mineral springs in the world thanks to an underground aquifer beneath the city.

I moved over from the unit next to Karen's unit. I was offered a late check out until Karen's unit was available and 3my surprise the unit was ready by 11am and I was able 2 check n early & without an add'l cost. Karen was able 2 accommodate our needs and for that I am most appreciative. Karen also quickly responded 2 any concern or question I had which made our stay that much more comfortable n pleasant. Upon my arrival to the unit I immediately noticed the tiny details the housekeeper made (bows made of paper towels and toilet paper were such a cute personal touch). During our 2 week stay I also had the pleasure of meeting Aldo whom took care of any maintenance issues as well as maintaining the property exterior areas n he did an exceptional job There was a noticeable fine tuned attention to detail which positively improved any gsts 1st impression of the property I could appreciate his hard work n efforts put forth to make the yard what it is All in all we wish we could've stayed
