Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Thoughtfully restored while bringing out the beauty of the circular walls and ceilings. Just 20min from Palm Springs and 50min to Joshua Tree. Remodeled kitchen, bathrooms. Outdoor fire pit and bbq for family entertainment. Fully gated large space for parking multiple vehicles. Above ground pool is 18ftx4ft deep and it’s available for summer season only. Pool is available April to October. Occupancy: This is a 2 bedroom house with two beds & one futon sofa.

Good to know

This is a 2-bedroom home. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: -Two King size beds -One Futon Sofa -One air mattress if needed --Pet Policy-- We allow up to 2 dogs in unit. Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure. We request all dogs be up to date on vaccinations as required by state law. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bring your dog’s favorite blanket or bed. Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Never leave your dog unattended if it barks or chews when left alone.

Other Details to Note

Above ground pool is 18ftx4ft deep and it’s available from March to October. Pool is taken down in October. Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

Please become familiar with the area. Desert Hot Springs is NOT Palm Springs. Read full neighborhood description prior to booking. 1. No Smoking of any kind allowed inside our apartment. 2. Doors and windows must be locked at all times when you leave the unit. 3. Although we allow children, our home is not child-proofed and we do not provide cribs. 4. Registered guest only. No visitors, parties, gatherings allowed. 5. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or using the property for photoshoots. 6. Do not leave dogs unattended. 7. No early check ins or late check outs will be granted.

Neighborhood

Our location: Desert Hot Springs is a small no-frills kind of town, but in recent years it has been undergoing lots of improvements and beautification projects. Not to mention it is world renowned for its wonderful spas and mineral water. The neighborhood has a mixed crowd.

The stay at the round house was very peaceful and accommodating. We enjoyed the layout and the overall ambiance of the location. The host was very hospitable and professional in providing clear and timely responses and instructions. We had a wonderful family stay.

Probably the coolest AirBNB I've ever stayed at. It's a unique layout but it's smart with the bedrooms on the opposite side from the kitchen. The location was a great in between for getting to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. Karen's communication was proactive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

My two best friends and I had a great time at Karen’s house! It was everything we wanted! Karen was proactive; she sent clear instructions and made herself available if needed. Would definitely stay again if I plan another trip to the area :)

Karen's place was an overall great experience, clean house that felt like a home away from home, kitchen was a great place for cooking especially the stove! would definitely recommend to others and would definitely go back!
