Starlit Nights Getaway w/ Soaking Tub

* A short 1/4 mile stretch on a dirt road to access the property. *Large iron gate must be opened (slide)manually to enter the property and park inside. * Because of remote location, at night there might be occasional coyotes and dogs barking. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise at night. *This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. We don’t have too many critter invaders but you could if the doors are kept open. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months. You may occasionally spot or hear some wildlife, bugs, rabbits, desert rats, scorpions, snakes, coyotes. *We recommend you bring bottled water. The property has a private well safe to use and consume. However, well water may look, taste, and smell differently than water from a city home. *Soaking Tubs run on unheated mineral water and do not have heaters to keep water warm. They are intended to help cool off during summer months but can be used year long. ****BBQ use - Guests must clean up after using the grill. We might charge an additional clean up fee. ****** *Registered guests only, No visitors. Host will exercise minimal in person contact with guest. No early check ins and late check outs. We have upgraded our cleaning and sanitation processes by implementing CDC guidelines on cleaning and disinfecting.
