This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. House is located in the historic B Bar H Ranch area in the town of Desert Hot Springs, is 8mins away to closest store or restaurant. Downtown Palm Springs is 18mins away. Huge parking area for multiple vehicles It can be rented as a 2-bedrm home. There are two additional rooms that will remain locked during your stay. You will have PRIVATE use of the home during your stay. Please inquire if you wish to rent the entire 4-bedroom house.

Good to know

If you rent the home as a 2-bedroom house, you will get: Master bedroom with a king size bed, Second Bedroom with King size bed, Two full Bathrooms, beautiful warm living room, full kitchen with Spanish tile, front and back porch, BBQ grill with outdoor dining table, washer & dryer. To be clear the other two rooms will remain empty and locked. During your rental you will have private use of the house.

Other Details to Note

Please note that although the home has a fireplace, we have NOT listed it as an amenity as it is not functional. Also note there is backyard and outdoor lounge space. It surrounded by empty desert lots, loose sand, so please keep doors & windows closed as dust makes its way inside the home specially on windy days. There is one television in each bedroom with apps already installed for streaming. No Cable

It is the desert and critters find their way in the homes. 6. Please refrain from cooking high fragrance foods on the last 24hrs in the unit as smell will linger. 7. No early check ins or late check outs will be granted. 8. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property.
