City of Desert Hot Springs Vacation Rental Permit Number VR20-0030 Nestled between Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. Located on the top of Desert Hot Springs. This quaint one bedroom apartment was designed to provide comfortable, uncluttered accommodations with beautiful tiled shower. ONE bedrm apartment is set up for 2 guests but due to high demand we allow up to 3 guets with fee. We do have a small futon but for more comfort you can bring airmattress & extra bedding.

Bedroom includes one queen sized bed and a 48” flat-screen smart TV for streaming. --Amenities-- -A fully furnished kitchen is at your disposal with stainless steel full size appliances. This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months. No cable TV Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

House Rules

1. No Smoking of any kind allowed in any of our apartments that includes but not limited to: Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping, E-cigarettes, Hookahs. 2. No parties or gatherings. 3. No visitors or overnight guests. 4. Do not leave dogs unattended 5. We expect noise level to be controlled to an acceptable level suitable to all, no amplified music. 6. Please try to keep doors closed and food away. It is the desert and critters find their way in the homes. 7. Please refrain from cooking high fragrance foods on the last 24hrs of your stay as smell will linger. 8. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $30 fee will be collected. 9. Located in Desert Hot Springs, this unit is set on slightly raised land boasting panoramic vistas of the San Jacinto Mountains. Grocery stores, restaurants, and stores are a short drive away. 45 mins to Joshua Tree 20 mins to Palm Springs Although not as fancy as its neighboring Palm Springs, it is visited by hundreds of tourist daily for its renowned abundance of natural mineral spring water.

Stayed at Chez’s place when we came for Coachella. It was easy to get to and super quiet - a nice retreat after the long days. Chez was proactive and clear in her communication ahead of our stay and everything was as expected and described. Highly recommend!
