ID Requirement

At check in date, your credit card will be charged a security deposit. The amount of the deposit is based on length of stay. 

• 1-10 nights $100. 
• 11-27 nights $250. 
• 28 or more nights $1,000. 

In the event of loss or damage to the room, the hotel reserves the right to keep all or part of the security deposit. Cash, gift cards and pre-paid cards are not accepted. Any funds returned can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

Our homes are non-smoking. No smoking of any kind includes cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or e-cigarettes are allowed inside rooms. If smoking is found to take place on the property, an additional $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged. You may smoke anywhere outside or in the parking. You must be 25 feet from any doors or windows.

We expect all guests to be respectful and mindful of one another. Unruly activity or annoyances such as parties, yelling, shouting, running, fighting, profanity, public intoxication, and/or excessive noise will not be tolerated. Soleil Rentals reserves the right to charge a noise disturbance fee if compensation is given to other guests due to noise. Failure to cooperate may result in being asked to vacate the unit premises without a refund and police involvement, if necessary. Per city ordinance, music cannot be played outside. 

Please make sure you enter the correct number of guests occupying the unit as we do not allow visitors. Pricing will change based on occupancy extra person fees may apply.  No visitors or unauthorized guests are allowed. 

Non-Refundable if cancelled within 5 days of arrival. No exceptions. For monthly bookings, 15-day advance notice is required to receive a refund.

Most of our properties are Dog-friendly. $40per pet fee. No other animals are allowed without approval. All dogs including licensed service animals must be under owners control at all times. Not left unattended. Please clean up after your pet.
