My family and I had a wonderful time here for Labor Day weekend! It's very peaceful and quiet. The home is spacious and has fantastic AC for the summer heat. The pool is a great amenity and is well maintained. We really enjoyed KC's hospitality and they were very responsive to our questions. Overall, I would absolutely return here with a holiday getaway!

This home was absolutely beautiful! It felt very private while still offering gorgeous daytime scenery. Karen was a fantastic host—extremely responsive and proactive with all the details and instructions. The house itself was spacious and full of charm. I especially loved the vinyl collection on display—it was a real treat as a music enthusiast. I’d definitely stay here again!

Karen was an amazing host and the home was perfect, accept for an issue with the AC unit, which Karen was quick to respond and get technicians on. When the problem couldn't be fixed she was quick to offer us to another rental in the area which was a serious upgrade. I appreciated her quick response time and how hard she worked to take care of the broken AC issue. She even gave us a late check-out for the hassle of having to move units in the middle of our stay. Both homes were 5-star and we would most definitely go back if we go to the area again!

The home was better than described. Such an unconventional shape for a home makes it extremely memorable and eye pleasing. The inside of the home was spotless. Not one thing out of place or a dust bunny to be found. Desert heat can be unforgiving but luckily, there are mini-splits in every room to keep the climate cool. Or dip in the pool that is surprisingly at a refreshing temperature. Co-host Karen is a pleasure! She is thorough with house rules and extremely responsive. The place was absolutely beautiful and even bigger in person! The rooms were spacious and super comfy and the AC kept everything nice and cool. Karen was great at communicating and always replied quickly, which made everything so easy. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the whole space was spotless and well taken care of. We had such a relaxing stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend! (:
